- Quenching systemsoil, water, polymer, salt (including bainitic and martensitic quenching)
Precise and reproducible heat treatment in continuous operation
The SAFED mesh belt furnace type T is used wherever large quantities in the form of bulk material (fasteners such as screws, etc.) must be processed with reproducible process requirements. The system is designed for continuous operation and combines a gas-tight muffle with coordinated heating and quenching systems. This makes it possible to realize stable processes that ensure consistent component quality in both series and mass production.
Additional technical features
Gas-tight muffle - rapid atmosphere stabilization for precise protective gas processes
Available as type TC (design without muffle) and type TCR (system without muffle with roller-supported belt)
Movable base with roller-bearing conveyor mechanism to extend belt service life.
Direct gas injection with Safed Injector for space-saving and energy-efficient methanol or endogas production
PLC-based process control with measuring and control technology for fully automatic process management and carbon potential control
