Financial / Production Controller (m/f/d)

For our finance team in Mödling, we are looking for an analytically minded personality. In this role, you will support our financial and production controlling in an international project environment.

Your responsibilities – analyze, optimize, evaluate:

You independently take on analysis, reporting and controlling tasks and prepare monthly reports. You keep track of all relevant key figures and developments, both for the Austrian location and for international companies within the group (AT, FR, SLO).

• Project controlling:

  You are responsible for monthly project reports in the new plant and service areas. Together with operational project managers, you analyze costs, schedules and hour budgets and prepare annual planning.

• Analysis & evaluation:

  You perform target/actual comparisons, analyze operational KPIs and identify deviations. You also create internal and external reports (e.g. for Statistik Austria, OeNB).

• Forecast & budgeting:

  You create ad-hoc analyses and forecasts, support budgeting and evaluate economic developments for the group’s international locations (AT, FR, SLO).

• Process optimization & collaboration:

  You develop data-driven solutions to increase efficiency, work closely with specialist departments and actively drive group-wide process improvements.

Your profile – analytical, solution-oriented, team player:

• At least 2 years of experience in project or corporate controlling, ideally in an international environment

• Completed degree or training with a focus on finance/controlling

• Strong numerical understanding, analytical thinking and enjoyment in developing solutions

• High IT affinity, confident use of Excel and Power BI is an advantage

• Structured, results-oriented and pragmatic way of working

• Strong communication skills, team-oriented and solution-focused

• Very good German and English skills

• Flexible mindset, openness to change and entrepreneurial thinking

• The salary for this position is € 3,802.93 gross per month (full-time basis). Overpayment is possible depending on your qualifications and experience.
